Well written Dallas as usual. We love reading your writings. If you don?t make it to heaven by your music you will surely make it by your literary accomplishments. Love, Joanna and Lou _____

Brings back good memories J If you haven’t already attended a San Francisco Nutcracker you must put that on your “to do” list...it’s a world class, world famous production, more lavish than just about anywhere else. And of course the musical performance is absolutely first class. I smiled at the good old “woodacre” days. We drove through there less than a year ago and it hasn’t changed AT ALL! I recall when you first hooked up with Susan, and of course your wedding in Mill Valley (haven’t been there in years). One of our pilgrimages is to the Lark Creek Inn, which we try to fit into our Christmas Holiday schedule. Mary and I travel to Nor Cal with both the kids (Pat’s now 29 and Michelle 27) for the annual gathering of the clan at my Mom’s house Christmas Eve. My Mom is now 91! I try to make it up to SF every couple of month to take her for a drive to the Indian Casino to get her out of the house (I spend the majority of my time out by the pool and spa!). I also make it a point to do a few errands around the house while I’m in town, take her out to dinner, et al. Speaking of the “good old days”, I have so many good memories from the Fairfax days of Marin Woodwinds. There were a few key decisions that affected the direction of that business, and just the slightest variation could have sent me off in an entirely different direction in life. That’s still part of my life, and I still enjoy the “fun” of doing repairs and playing with the toys, I’m sure much the same as you enjoy playing an occasional gig. It’s been years since the last time I ventured over to Reno. One of my trips north I’ll need talk my Mom into heading over your way instead of the Indian Casino...maybe catch a show! Michael
